Our community mission was ambitious - to alleviate poverty for the world's poorest people by making giving more personal, immediate, and effective. Through video updates on every donation, transparent partnerships, and a commitment to urgent action, we created a bridge between your generosity and the people who needed it most.
DonorSee was built on a simple but powerful belief: donors deserve to see exactly where their money goes and the impact it creates. We existed to match caring people with worthy, high-impact projects that brought immediate help to the world's poorest communities.
You showed up, again and again. Your support will have lasting impact, through the years to come.

Why we made this decision
After years of fighting for sustainability and survival, we reached a point where we could no longer run DonorSee at the level of reliability, support, and stewardship that you and our partners need and deserve. The costs of maintaining our platform, vetting partners, ensuring transparency, and providing the level of accountability our donors deserved ultimately proved too difficult in the current environment. This decision came after exhausting every possible path forward.

How can I get my tax deductibility report for 2025 and 2026?
These were emailed to your inbox in January or February 2026, using the same email address you used to sign in to DonorSee. Please search your inbox for “DonorSee” and also check spam, promotions, and archived folders.
Can I still support partners directly off platform?
Yes. Many partners accept donations directly through their own sites. If you already know the partner you want to support, the fastest path is usually to donate on their website.
If you are not sure how to find a partner’s direct donation page, send them a message on social media.
Will I be charged again by DonorSee?
DonorSee is no longer processing new donations. If you see a new charge you believe is related to DonorSee after the shutdown, contact support with the date, and amount, and we will look into it for you.
How can I find my past donation receipts?
Donation receipts and confirmations were sent to your email at the time of giving. Search your inbox for “DonorSee”, and check spam, promotions, and archived folders.
What happened to the video updates and project pages?
Because the platform is no longer active, DonorSee-hosted pages and updates are not guaranteed to remain accessible. Many partners continue sharing updates through their own channels.
